Our good friend and bandmate, “Sweet” Johnny Becker passed away in March of this year. He was a family man, business owner and one hell of a musician. He played with the Church of Cash regularly between the years of 2014 – 2016. He is the guitar player heard on the Church of Cash album released in 2015. I will never forget his passion for music. He played 10 instruments and knew thousands of songs. He would surprise us from time to time by singing a new song that we have never heard before. He had a mastery of the guitar that left audiences riveted! What I will miss most about him is his laugh and his respect he had for the musicians around him. We lost a Titan. His music will live long in all of us.
